vespa ciao

I got a new rear wheel. and it was already powder coasted black! of coarse it’s got a small dent in the rim. I may never have a true rear ciao wheel. But it’s way better than any of the other ones I have. Thank You 76ciao. nice ciao frame for sale too.

Michelin Gazelles are on and fit nicely. One day, I will ride this moped. I see the future.

Racing Gears are in. Where can you get these at a reasonable cost? There is only one place, treatshq. I experimented with different gaskets on the gear box. Dean suggested making a thicker gasket to give the gears more room. But I found on my set up that it made no difference how thick a gasket it had. The Gears where still really hard to turn. I guess they just have to break in. Now that the wheel is one the frame, it seems to turn fine. I’m back to using the regular gasket that comes with it originally.

I have all the washers in there, I hope they work ok. I tried putting the thing together with every possible combination of taking out certain washers and leaving others in. Nothing seemed to make any difference. So I’m just going to run it and hope for the best.
